At Bayit Property, we specialise in Houses of Multiple Occupancy (HMO), providing investors with competitive returns through deal packaging and Joint Venture projects.

“Bayit” is a Middle Eastern word that means house or home, but it also signifies family, enclosure, and household. I chose this name because I believe every property we work with should become a sanctuary—a place of pride and safety for its inhabitants. This philosophy aligns with our goal of addressing the critical housing shortage in the UK by rejuvenating abandoned or derelict properties.

My journey into property investment is backed by robust education and training. I trained with Touchstone Education in Property Investment and Building Wealth, gaining CPD accreditation. In addition I have also trained with other successful property trainers such as Susannah Cole who operates The Good property Company, Paul Stapleton from Training made Simple, Dominic Farrell who heads up Distressed Assets and Matt Baker the co-founder of The HMO platform.
Currently, I am pursuing an MSc in Real Estate, on a part time basis which will culminate in my membership with the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors (RICS). This advanced education ensures that Bayit Property Limited operates with the highest standards of professionalism and knowledge.
Beyond property investment, I am driven by a passion for education. I am committed to empowering the younger generation with knowledge about property and entrepreneurship, areas often overlooked in traditional education.
